How to reach the people behind SUS: questions, a case that looks wrong, problems with the game, and privacy requests.

Write to us at contact@playsus.app. We answer in English.
What can you write to us about?
- Questions about the game, its rules or how something works.
- A case that looks wrong. A true hint that seems untrue, an answer to a question that seems off, or a hint that gives the word away. Please give the case number (for example, case #42). It’s at the top of the case and on your share card.
- Problems. Something that doesn’t load or doesn’t work. Tell us what you were doing, and which device and browser you use.
- Privacy requests, including deleting your plays (see below).
We never ask for passwords or payment, by email or anywhere else. SUS is free and has no accounts, so a message asking you for either isn’t from us.
Delete your plays
The first time you played, your browser made a random player number, and our server keeps your plays, and any hints you picked as a writer, under that number. To have them deleted, copy your player number below and email it to contact@playsus.app, asking us to delete it. We’ll delete every play and writer pick kept under that number.
Your player number is kept by your browser; switch JavaScript on to see it.
If no number shows above, this browser doesn’t have a SUS player number, so there’s nothing to send from it. Each browser makes its own number, so send one from each browser you’ve played in.
Clearing this site’s data in your browser deletes the number, your streak and your scores from your device. Our privacy policy has the details.
